Inventory Management

Track and manage your items

Inventory

    Go to Dashboard
    Select Inventory option from left menu

    Add New Item
    Enter item name, quantity, price and category

    Select Category
    Choose Paid, Unpaid, or Unlimited

Tip: Add estimated price for each item to help with profit calculation

Sales Tracking

Record sales and calculate profit

    Select from Inventory
    Choose the item you want to sell

    Enter Details
    Quantity, selling price and payment status
  • 3
    Record Sale
    Profit is calculated automatically

Tip: Select "Unpaid" if customer will pay later

Cost Tracking

Record your business expenses

    Go to Costs
    Click Costs option from top menu

    Add Cost
    Enter description, amount and category
