- Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation
- Legal Action: If mediation fails, either party may bring legal action in the courts of Ethiopia
Time Limitation
Any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
